It's been sometime since I have charged my ipod and it still isn't charging whether I plug it into my pc or into the wall. Can you help?
How do I restart this classic 160 gb IPOD which doesn't seem to be receiving the charge from the wall nor pc.
Use a known good cable that you have proved can charge another device. Check for fluff in the docking port and if found remove carefully.
