Selecting icloud documents and desktop in iCloud

Hi, When I try to Select icloud documents and desktop in iCloud, the selection is not checked and opens a window to upgrade iCloud plan. But I have a 200 GB plan, shared with family and I have available space.

On the other hand, it shows that the current plan is 5 GB, when in fact it is 200 GB.

Any idea what this is and how can it be overcome?

We appreciate you reaching out to the Apple Support Communities. We understand that you're having issues with your iCloud Storage plan not reflecting the correct storage amount, and we'd be happy to get you pointed in the right direction.

For help with this particular issue, we'd recommend reaching out to Apple Support directly at this link here: Get Support - Apple

From that link you'll want to choose Music, Apps & Services > iCloud > Update, Backup & Restore > Troubleshooting iCloud Storage. From there you should see a few options to reach out, depending on your location.
