my friend is family sharing with me. She has apps with purchases that she wants me to have access to but even after downloading the apps she has, I can’t use the full app (purchased content) because it doesn’t give an option?
3rd party subscriptions and consumable in-app purchases cannot be shared.

So what’s the point of purchase sharing?
To share apps that cost actual money outright rather than through a subscription, and share other types of content such as movies and Tv shows from the iTunes Store.
