Hello,
I am trying to trade in my iPad Mini 2 and struggling to turn off the "find my phone" feature. I am unable to log in with my apple id (I know my id and password - that isn't the problem) to turn it off. Any ideas on how to get around this problem? What happens if I turn my ipad in without turning this feature off?

If trading-in your iPad, you might be best advised to follow this procedure:
