How to make one table across pages

Hi everyone,

I have been trying many ways that have been posted here but somehow I cannot still figure out how to make a table across different pages. Either it will stay in one page and not show the rest or it moves the whole table to next page and leaves a huge empty space in the previous one. Please refer to my attached screenshot, wherein the rest of my table is somehow omitted. Any resolutions?
