Airpod keeps disconnecting

My Airpod 1st generation... Keeps disconnecting after listening to music after 1 minute then if you go to Bluetooth settings and try reconnecting only one ear reconnects and won't stay for up to 30 seconds abd finally disconnect until you put in the case for like 3 sec and bring it out again then it connects again... I av tried the reset button and every other thing i saw but no one is working i need help
