Update my apple watch

my Apple Watch won’t update, because it says I don’t have enough storage. But I’m not sure how to delete apps if I’m even able to.

Unpair your Apple Watch via the Watch app on your iPhone.

Then Re-pair your Apple Watch,this frees up a surprisingly large amount of storage space.And without any loss of your data.
