Instagram notifications

Why don't I get instagram notifications on my iphone? I have checked iphone settings, instagram settings, I have resetted all settings, deleted and re-installed instagram but nothing helped. I logged in with my instagram account on my sister iphone and I received notifications, I also received notifications on my previous phone - huawei p9. Please, can anyone help me please?
