iPhone 6s hacked?

Can a iPhone 6s be hacked through an email or text/phone call? If so how can I know or tell which email or call/text had done it?

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 14

a number of things; phone and tablet settings change on their own along with my location and my IP address that shows certain locations and activities are from me which logged in or emailed isn’t even my location or my IP address. When I turn off all my settings for all but the phone on my iphone my phone starts receiving a thousand weird calls from every city and state or unknown. Especially when I turn off access to my messenger and emails. On my iPad the same happens when I change or turn everything off in the settings except spam emails pour in; is it possible for someone to track my devices through an email sent from them or a call I answer from someone? In one call my iphone went from 100% to 40% within two minutes during a call. Also both of them get extremely hot every so often when I’m not even using them or during certain calls or while emailing a certain person. My analytical reports or incident reports are pages long even during times I’m not even using the device:
