This allows for remote access to your device using the support software LogMeIn GoToAssist. I'm assuming if you are running into this in the wild you recognize having used it before or perhaps having used GoToMeeting.

thank you so much. I have not used GoToMeeting. I asked because earlier I was likely subject to a scam and allowed my computer to be remotely accessed. The icon I remember using to allow this I deleted, and cannot remember the entity's name right now. I went back to accessibility to see if anything else from that episode was there. I didn't know what the Go to icon was for. So can I simply leave that icon alone?
so delete it from the accessibility menu
If the icon is in accessibility, it is still installed on your computer. Do a spotlight search for "GoTo" and delete any of the applications that show up.

the number 1692 believe is in parenthesis following the icon, which I take to be updated version
so if I don't use Go to then any Go to icons I find I should delete
Correct.
thank you
