Iphone 8 screen unresponsive

My iphone 8's screen became completely unresponsive randomly. I have tried force resetting it, and I checked the sim card for water damage (there wasn't any) and now I don't know what else to do. What else can I do if my screen wont work? I'm doing online school right now and I really need my devices to work.
