itunes does not recognize iphone

Iphone 7 plus

Neither PC or MAC recognize the iphone not even in itunes. I have tried multiple cables. The phone overloaded with data and will not start. I have it in recovery mode but the PC will not recognize the phone. I have another 7plus and it is recognized just fine with the same cables.


Any input?
