Have you follow all the steps in -> Related Article -> If your computer doesn't recognize your iPhone, iPad, or iPod ?

See also -> Check your third-party security software.

Turn Off Hotspot.

Turn Off or remove VPN if necessary.

👉 If you have the same issue on another computer, contact Apple Support.
