Icloud storage update payment

Hi! I have a question about my Icloud storage payment, I have recently got a new debit card, I lost the old one, and I have updated my billing info in my account, but I still get the notification, that you can't withdraw funds from my new card for the Icloud storage? What can I do?

Check to make sure everything entered is all good -- Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods - Apple Support.
