I didn’t get earphones and charge adapter in the box

I’ve just bought iPhone 11 but didn’t get earphones and adapter. I got only the charge cable .

Apple no longer includes the charge cube, the headphones or the headphone adapter with iPhone purchases.

Has apple stopped give chargers and earphones with iPhones? I recently bought two iPhone SE’s from apple. In the box there wasn’t a charging plug, only a wire which doesn’t fit into a standard plug.
