Updated my MacPro 16 inch to Big Sur 11.0.1 and have an update notice for 11.1 .....11.1 update fails to download and remains as an update that does not load...any thoughts

We understand that you're having some issues updating to 11.1 as the download won't start.
Have you tried a different network to see if that helps?
We also suggest testing in safe mode and a new user to see if you're able to download and install it.
