iWatch screen not displaying on wrist twist

After working correctly since I purchased the iWatch, all of a sudden the iWatch stopped displaying on a wrist twist. I went into Settings, General, Wake Screen and made sure the Wake on Wrist Raise was activated - which it was. Still no response.

I welcome any thoughts on fixing this issue.

iWatch 7 power off screen keep coming up I just have my iWatch 7, I found whenever the iWatch wake up (raise the wrist or touch it), the power off screen is coming up, I did not press the side button, it is just coming up automatically. iWatch series 3 model MNNT2LL/A version 6.2.8 (17U63) Wake screen not working when wrist is raised. Went into general settings, went to wake screen, enabled wake screen on wrist raise same with crown up. on tap 70 seconds checked and always. still will not function. Do I need to do a clean reset or any additional steps?

Check in control centre to see if you have theatre mode turned on.
