I bought a used ipad the previous owner has removed it from his account how do i reset it?
If the previous owner properly removed their Apple ID, then the iPad would boot up with the "Hello" screen. Does it? If not, they didn't actually remove their ID, and until they do, this iPad will be useless to you.
