Unlocking MacOS with Apple Watch Stopped Working after adding Bluetooth Headphones. Headphone are now turned off .


Apple Watch4 is connected to iPhone 10. All 3 have the latest operating systems(Big Sur 11.1, 14.2, 7.2) . All the requirements posted by Apple have been verified. When I check box for unlock on System Preferences > Security & Privacy > General; it then starts "Turning on" (greyed out) and a spinning windmill which then shows a popup which states "Your Mac was unable to communicate with your Apple Watch". The watch is on wrist, unlocked, turned on and about 6 inches from the iMac.
