ICloud storage

I do not backup photos to iCloud, yet there is 4.88 GB of "Backup" and 20 MB of Documents listed in my settings. What is filling up he Backup that takes 5 GB?

iPhone XR, iOS 14

Thank you. It appears that it must be pictures in texts. Nothing else makes sense.
