Big Sur loses my Firefox and Safari Bookmark Toolbars each time I restart

How do I stop Big Sur from loseing my Firefox and Safari Bookmark Toolbars each time I restart?

PS: I wish I'd never upgraded to Big Sur!

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 11.1

Actually I should have said "empties" rather than "loses" as I find the Toolbars but am directed to "Get Started" with them...

That did not solve the question - I thought I need to change it to "Did NOT Solve the problem" please help me if you can as then has been very frustrating. Thank you...
