Upgrade to Catalina NOT Big Sur.

I have Mojave 10.14.6 installed and want to upgrade to Catalina 10.15.7; unfortunateky your link to Catalina 10.15 above doesn't open in my Mac AppStore. It always comes back with an error message "Cannot connect to AppStore" although AppStore is open. Any recommendation how to be able to download Catalina?

Try using safari to open the download links, other web browsers may not work with download links.
