i ordered a 2020 macbook air 13” one week ago, but the order is still processing & the money hasn’t come out of my account
That is normal. It will be "Processing" until it is ready to ship and they will charge you then. You should have been given an estimated delivery date. You can check the status as described in Viewing & Changing Orders - Shopping Help - Apple
Same here. I ordered on the 1st which obviously is a holiday but it’s been processing since. They must be backed up. I ordered a MacBook Pro M1 with 16gb ram and 256gb ssd. Im located in Canada. I’ll update this thread once mine changes.
Yes, that would be normal. When the item ships, Apple will send you an email with an updated arrival date, and tracking information. Also at that time your method of payment will be charged.
