Apple ID is invalid or not supported.

my iPhone 6 got locked after several wrong passcodes input. I then visited https://iforgot.apple.com to unlock my account but whenever I type my Apple Id, the feedback is"Apple ID is invalid or not supported".

What to do:

Call Apple Support...

Apple Support will see what is going on, and will run you through the fix.

Perform Some Screensharing:

If need be, ask to perform some screensharing of your Mac to show them exactly what you have come across.  Have another iPhoneIf so, screenshare its camera to show them what is going on, as you troubleshoot this with them. You'd hover your phone over your Mac or PC, while trying to unlock your Apple Account and secure it. Go Here: Screenshare your iPhone with the Camera App Enabled to Easily Converse Over-the-Phone with Apple Support. You may be locked out of your iPhone for good, if you have no original proof of purchase. That's just the way it is :(
