My IMac is mid 2011 using macOS High Sierra, I can’t update to Big Sur, is there any work around, or am I just screwed?
High Sierra is the latest version of macOS you can run.

There is no work around. 10.13 High Sierra is the highest macOS that any 2011 Mac can run.
