Hello Nickielee4,

Here are the steps you need to perform to be able to pair your watch to the new phone.

Use your iPhone to unpair

Erase your Apple Watch

  1. Open the Settings app on your watch, then tap General > Reset.
  2. Tap Erase All Content and Settings, then tap again to confirm.
  3. Wait for your watch to unpair.
  4. After your Apple Watch unpairs completely, you can pair again

good luck!

Ok, try the following steps-

  • Connect your watch to its charging cable, with power connected.
  • Press and hold the side button until you see the Power Off slider.
  • Press firmly on Power Off (do not try to slide it - just press down more firmly than a normal tap) and then tap on Erase all content and settings.
  • Pair your watch using the Watch app on your iPhone, choosing to Restore from Backup if offered the option.

let me know if you need more help. 🤞
