ipad disabled at one hour at a time due to too many tries of my passcode that i forgot

You will need to restore using a computer and the process will erase the device. Then you can use your most recent back-up to restore your data Instructions here...

If you forgot the passcode on your iPad, or your iPad is disabled - Apple Support
