Watch showing too much passcode attempts reset apple watch and pair again

I tried to press and hold power off option but no pop up for erase and reset is showing up.

I also tried force shut the watch by pressing the crown and side button together and than releasing while the apple logo pops up and than after few seconds holding the side button.

none of this works

Mine is series 3 unable to unlock stuck on passcode I can not reset my Apple Watch it is locked to erase all content stuck on erase content when power off then it says button trying to erase it

Apple Watch too many passcode attempts Too many passcode attempts on apple watch. Following reset instructions, place on charger, hold side button until power off display. I get the power off display, but when I press the crown button; i do not get the reset option.
