Apple TV 4K? I can’t get out DTS sound to my reciever.

Is something wrong with Apple TV 4K? I can’t get out DTS sound to my reciever. It’s converting me all videos (VLC, Netflix, HBO) to Dolby digital and sound is terrible. What to do? Send Apple TV to repair?

DTS is not a supported audio format for Apple TV.
