I have accidentaly deleted a note in iCloud notes. And it will not show up in recently deleted. Which means I can't restore it!
I have logged in on the computer to iCloud to see if its there. its not. everything else is saved and fine. I have accidentally deleted notes before and restored them no problems.

What if it never went into recently deleted folder?
It just vanished.
others have gone into recently deleted. Just not this one.
Try going to www.icloud.com and see if it might be there.

Then it sounds like it's irrevocably gone, sorry.
