I cannot add my printer!
I used to have no problems with using my printer with my MacBook Air, via the standard USB cable. But then something happened, where I managed to only add my printer for scanning use. Tried using different USB ports, checking my wifi connection, turning my printer off and on, updating my software on my MacBook Air too. My laptop does not recognise my printer when I plug in my USB printer cable. When I click on the add printer button, the following shows up (picture below). Can anyone help? Thanks!
