Buying an iPhone 12 in a different country

I am from New Zealand, currently in Greece. I need to buy an iPhone 12 but wanted to confirm the iPhone I would buy here is the same as what I would get in NZ? As in that it would work in NZ the same, and world wide as normal as I travel a lot. Not sure if this is a stupid question. I have checked "Identify your iPhone model" https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT201296 and both the NZ and Greece iPhones have the same model number, which I assume is a yes to my question. Thanks.

It should work fine in NZ. The phone you buy in Greece however, will NOT have warranty in NZ., as iPhone warranty is NOT international and should you need warranty service, the phone will need to be physically returned to the country of purchase.
