Purchasing an iPhone in another Country

Hi, travelling to Korea and live in New Zealand. If I purchase an iPhone from an official iPhone reseller is there any reason why it wouldn’t work in New Zealand? Thanks

I need to buy an iPhone 12 but wanted to confirm the iPhone I would buy here is the same as what I would get in NZ? The warranty is only valid in the country of purchase.
