I tried to connect my new ipad air 2020 to my imac desk computer which says imac 21.5 inch late 2013.
I soon realize the cable does not go into the usb on the imac . Is there a cable attachment i need to buy

why would i need a whole cable . Isnt there an adapter for usb-c to usb on mac the usb on mac is 3.0
