When I try to update my iPad Pro, I get unknown error 4000. Any ideas?

Error 4000 I was just trying to update my iPad's iOS to 15.3.1 and receive the error "The iPad Pro 10.5 inch could not be updated. An unknown error occurred (4000)". I looked at the error list and 4000 isn't on it ... anyone know what that it?

I tried to update my IPad on my new computer on I Tunes and get the error 4000. It will not update when I plug it in at night too. This is the second time this has happen.

Thanks, Bob. Already tried those (even though 4000 isn't an error listed). Now trying without iTunes and it seems to be working.
