Who do i contact to return a lost iphone on the Black List ?
I’ve had this phone in my room for years must be and i want to try and return it to the owner. I did some research and the phone is on apples blacklist.

As you've waited so long, it may be difficult to unite with the previous owner, I'd recommend handing it into local law enforcement as you won't be able to do anything with a blacklisted phone.
