To whom who is seeing this I had an iPhone 12 which I factory reseted and it was for someone but it got stolen in Afghanistan I didn't had any Apple ID on that phone and also I don't have the serial number for that phone I bought at 2020 and it was financed from Apple Card see if you can help me to get that phone locked or blacklisted.

Sorry to hear that. You'd need to have it blacklisted by the carrier. Apple cannot do that. And if you did not have it associated with your Apple ID, there is nothing you can do without that or the serial number.
