I am unable to connect the Magic Keyboard to IOGear KVMP using the lightning to USB cable.

Dear Support,

I am trying to use my magic keyboard, via the lightning to USB cable to a IOGear KVMP, with the USB going into the KVMP keyboard USB slot.

I have my windows laptop and mac mini sharing the same monitor.

I disconnected the Bluetooth connection of the Magic Keyboard in the Mac Mini.

And then plugged in the lightning to USB cable.

But I dont see any response of the keyboard in my PC.

Doesnt the Magic Keyboard when connected via the USB cable to a KVMP, work?

Is there something I am missing?

Any help is appreciated.

Talk to IOGear, as that KVM is not an Apple product. They should know by now if there are any product compatibility issues with the new Magic Keyboard.
