I did not receive my enrollment confirmation email. I just did the two factor authentication 2 days ago and I want out of it. What do I do?

How do I turn off two factor authentication on my iPhone? I just turned it on 2 days ago and according to Apple I have two weeks in which I can turn it off and to go to the link in my enrollment confirmation email. However, I did not receive an email. Now what do I do?
