I did not receive headphones or a charger in my smaller box

Do apple give out free headphones to those who didn’t get any with the new smaller box when you buy an iPhone? My and three other friends all bought and iPhone 11 recently and even though I got mine first and paid the exact same price as they did, I was the only one not to receive headphones or a charger in my smaller box when they got the bigger original box
