Cannot load game manager from bigfish games

I cannot load game manager from bigfish games. I think I have tried about everything. Any advice?

I just bought this new computer.

iMac, macOS 10.12

Are you referring to their on-line games? If so, with the demise of Adobe Flash, they no longer work and have been retired. See the notice on their site:
