Can't cancel subscriptions

I cant cancel my subscription, neither on my Ipad or Mac, despite following Apple's instructions, because I get to a point where I'm asked to fill in my apple ID and password, and then I'm just shown a white blank page instead of being shown my subscriptions.

I've tried to follow Apple's instructions through both iTunes and the App Store, I've tried logging in and out of Itunes and the App Store.. I think I've tried everything, and I'm being charged a fee by another company because Apple's services aren't working.


Please help!
