Why aren’t my mms/sms messages going through on iPhone 12 pro max?? Brand new. Did not have this problem with older model iPhones.

Does this seem to happen with multiple contacts in different conversations?
Are you able to receive messages as expected?
Have you checked to make sure that your SMS and MMS features are enabled in Settings > Messages?
Take a look at a few steps in the article below. If you continue to run into issues, we would suggest reaching out to your carrier and have them check things on their end as well.

My sms/mms messages are not going through. I am getting message not sent. I try sending again and still does not work. Works without a problem on my iPhone 8plus. But not on new iPhone 12 pro max.
