Headphones disconnect when the cord moves at the bottom of the plug

Ive gotten my headphones switch like 3 times bc they stop working out of nowhere. The ones I have right now are good but it disconnects but it’s still plugged in to my phone. Like when the cord moves at the bottom of the plug in for the headphones it disconnects then connects again
