Will charging and uncharging my iPhone every 10/15 min, affect my battery performance?

I have just bought a wireless phone charger for my car, but due to being a delivery driver, I am constantly turning my car off, which is causing my phone to charge and uncharge, every 10/15 minutes, will this affect my battery performance? I want to get a wireless phone charger with an air vent mount, with the option of taking out the power cord to stop the charge, but will still hold my phone, however all the ones I am seeing have to be plugged in as they are powered with auto clamping arms. I normally let my battery drain before charging it.

No, the frequent on/off charging will not harm the battery.

You can charge at any time, for any amount of time.

You can leave it attached to the charge circuit after the battery reaches 100%.

Do NOT repeatedly deplete the battery to low levels.
