Mid 2010 iMac does not power on

My 2010 iMac doesn’t power on anymore. Only 2 of The LEDs on the (I guess) motherboard were on when I put the powercable in, but went off as soon as I pushed the power button. Meanwhile I have replaced the power unit, but now only 1 LED lights up when the power cable gets plugged in, but dies when the power button gets pushed.

Any ideas what to do next?

Please follow the steps in If your Mac won't turn on or start up however considering the advanced age of the computer you may want to think about just replacing the old girl.

Tried this, didn’t work, thanks, I would love to replace the old lady, but I’m living on a island and especially now with the no flying it’s a little hard.

What else could I look at if it isn’t the power unit.

I keep coming back to the power button, since pushing that button does have an effect on the 4 LED’s

What does that mean, anyone?
