iPhone 12 no service issue

My iPhone 12 is so no cell service especially when I'm traveling where I should have service. I never had this problem with my iPhone X. The only way to get any bars is if I completely shut my phone down and restart it then I magically have service. My wife's iPhone 11 can have 4 bars in areas and mine has none (until I restart it) I've already had my sim replaced from Verizon and reset my cellular which did not work. apple support keeps telling me it a service provider issue... they told me its the iPhone 12.

I have a similar problem. When I’m home, I’m on WiFi. When I go out, I’m on cellular. When going from WiFi to cellular, even though I have 3 bars or more, it’s extremely slow. Speedtest shows like .30 mbps. That’s less than 1. I go into settings turn on airplane mode, then turn it off. Than everything is fine. It’s consistent. Almost every time. iPhone 12 . It seems to only happen going from WiFi to cellular. Doesn’t happen going from tower to tower.
