We bought the latest MacBook Pro in October and have not received any notification about redeeming the 1-year free subscription of AppleTv . Is this no longer a deal offered or does the MacBook Pro not qualifiy?

You may not receive any message, depending on your account settings for email from Apple.

You don’t need any message to redeem the offer.

Open the TV app on your new Mac, sign in for the app (menu Account), then look for the offer “Enjoy 1 Year Free” in the TV app.
