Fraudulent email

I received an email that said I made a purchase I didn’t make. I opened the email attachment, but then noticed it wasn’t from a real Apple account. I didn’t provide any information, but did open the .dot attachment. Should I be concerned? What should I do?

iPhone XR, iOS 14

If you didn't enter any information, you should be okay. As a precaution, change your password.
