Don’t have access to the iCloud my Apple Watch was linked to and can not get Apple Watch set up on my new phone due to activation lock

I don’t have access to my iCloud account that my watch was set up with & it has activation lock on and can not set it up with my new phone now

You are going to need that Apple ID and Password to remove the activation lock. Not sure why you do not have access to your Apple ID and Password but I am guessing you forgot the information. If that is the case then if the below information helps.
